​To ensure a smooth and graceful delivery, please provide your complete address, including any helpful notes such as building,  floor, level, gate code, or access instructions. A contact phone number is required for the day of delivery.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information, and a second delivery attempt will not be made. 

We deliver daily, 7 days a week, between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
For deliveries outside of these hours, feel free to inquire — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
